| Please note that the Road Management (Works and Infrastructure) Regulations 2005 has set out a legal framework and fee structure for the application of consent to undertake works in road reserves.
These arrangements effect Council's Works Permits and Vehicle Crossing Permit applications.
The table below sets out the prescribed fees for the various categories of works described in the Regulations. | |
