Consent to undertake works over or within an easement  Printer Friendly

An easement is a right to use land owned by another party for a specific purpose. Drainage easements provide council, with notification to the property owners, access to come onto their property and repair drainage problems and perform on-going maintenance.

To obtain consent to undertake works over or within an easement, you must complete an Application Form - Building over an Easement and submit it to Council so that an appropriate permit can be issued.
