New cell for Alexandra Landfill
The Environment Protection Authority has given approval to the design and construction of a new cell at the Alexandra landfill. The new cell is needed as the quantity of landfill has dramatically increased over the past year most likely due to the additional waste as a consequence of the February bushfires.
