Land Information Certificates
A Land Information Certificate is required when selling a property so that the correct settlement can be made. It provides information regarding valuations of the property, the amount of rates charged and arrears/interest if applicable.
To apply for a Land Information Certificate complete an application for a land information certificate(DOCX, 101KB) and forward it along with the fee of $25.40 to:

Certificates will be processed accordingly in a turnaround time of five working days from the date of receipt of the application.
If a certificate is required urgently, a fee of $50.80 will apply and the certificate will be completed in 24 working hours. In such cases a fax or email address should also be included on the application for the return receipt of the certificate.
