Maroondah and Goulburn Valley Highways open tomorrow Published on 28 January 2026 From 9.00 am tomorrow (29 January 2026) the Maroondah Highway and Goulburn Valley Highway will reopen. Road Management Plan suspended due to Longwood Fire Event Published on 20 January 2026 The Longwood Fire Event is a significant emergency event that is impacting large parts of Murrindindi Shire. As a result, Council’s ability to deliver normal services under the Road Management Plan has been heavily affected.
