Council’s Customer Service in Alexandra has moved! If you need to visit Council’s Customer Service Centre in Alexandra,
we are once again operating out of the reception area in the main office building at 28 Perkins Street.
Early in 2020, the customer service reception was moved to the Alexandra Library, while repairs were being made to the entrance-way of the main office building and has stayed there during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Following a review and community feedback, we decided to move our customer services in Alexandra back to its original home in the main building.
Our opening hours are 9.00 am to 1.00 pm and 2.00 to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday (we are closed for lunch between 1.00 pm and 2.00 pm).
