Alexandra Community Hub (ACH) was originally founded in 1983 as CEACA (Continuing Education & Arts Centre of Alexandra).

Housed in the old court house of Alexandra, the "Alex Hub", as it is affectionately known, is vibrant centre for community learning and engagement providing pathways of opportunity through education and support services.  

Alex Hub has so many facilities and services rolled into one. 

It is proud to be the community's Neighbour House offering community courses, a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) providing nationally recognised certificate courses and work-based skills through the Learn Local facility. It is a welcoming environment providing the community and students of all abilities and ages from diverse backgrounds with the opportunity to study learn and develop skills in a safe and healthy, educational and social environment.

And there is more!

Alex Hub is a Centrelink agency and hosts a range of community support services. These include employment services with CVGT, relief with SalvoCare, L2P learner driving training program, vocational training with Swinburne University of Technology, just to name a few. 

Housed in the historic court house, the Alex Hub is full of character and charm offerings a range of small and large meeting rooms, a tranquil courtyard and offices for hire. It's a great place to meet, conveniently located in the township of Alexandra, just 2 hours north east of Melbourne.

Alexandra Community Hub is overseen by a Board of Management and supported by partner organisations, government, our dedicated team and talented community volunteers.
