YAPPERS (Amateur Dramatic Group)

Each year YAPPERS thespians gather together to choose, produce and create a performance made by and for the people of Yea and surrounds. The performance comes from original work of people within the group or established plays and playwrights. They are willing to try anything, provided they have the team and the venue to make it work well.

YAPPERS welcomes those with skills and talent as well as those just curious and willing to work as a team to create the production and get it in front of a loyal audience.

Recently YAPPERS teamed up with the newly-created, Council supported pLATFORM yOUTH tHEATRE and created a triple bill of short plays allowing the younger players and theatre makers their space on the stage.
