Council is seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our customer and library service team (including Council’s Customer Contact Centre). We are looking to fill several positions, including a permanent position and possible casual positions.
As the first point of contact with Council’s customers, you will be keen to find solutions and handle enquiries from beginning to end. We are looking for people with experience delivering exceptional customer service in any service environment.
You will be an active listener, have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and be able to provide prompt and friendly customer service for the full range of Council and Library Services. You will also have excellent teamwork skills, good administration and cash handling skills, plenty of experience with computers and be adept at using various software packages (including the full MS Office suite).
