We’re working hard to deliver bins to residents who requested them after the 15 May deadline. Due to high national demand and limited bin manufacturers, delays are being experienced across Australia. If you requested your bin before 15 May, it should arrive soon. If you requested after, it may take a few more weeks.

Today, 26 May, is National Sorry Day, also known as the National Day of Healing.
It is a time to remember and acknowledge the mistreatment of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, particularly the Stolen Generations.
Council acknowledges the enduring impact of past government policies. We pay our respects to the Stolen Generations, their families and communities, and reaffirm our commitment to walking together towards a more just and respectful future.
Council is proud to acknowledge the Taungurung and Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung people as the Traditional Owners of the land we now call Murrindindi Shire.
