Bin Collections and Resource Recovery Centres - Festive Season

Kerbside Collection Services Kerbside bin collection will not occur on Thursday 25 December 2025 (Christmas Day) or Thursday 1 January 2026 (New Year’s Day). Following Christmas Day and New Years Day, Thursday collections will be on Friday, and Friday collections will be on Saturday. You can view the bin collection calendar below. Regular service resumes from Monday 5 January 2026.

Resource Recovery Centres and Alexandra Landfill All Resource Recovery Centres (RRCs) will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. RRCs are also closed on Total Fire Ban days.
