If you requested your bin before 15 May, it should arrive soon. If you requested after, it may take a few more weeks.

Our customer request management system is getting an upgrade!
Online customer requests and payments will be offline from Wednesday 30 April at 5.00 pm until Monday 5 May at 9.00 am. If you visit on of our Library and Customer Service Centres or call us during this period, please be patient. Our team will be using manual systems and handling a backlog of requests after the upgrade. Thank you for your understanding.
