The Yea Showgrounds and Recreation Reserve is located on five hectares in the township of Yea.
It is the home of the Yea Football Netball Club, the Yea Tigers Cricket Club, the Yea Tennis Club and the Yea Agricultural, Pastoral and Horticultural Association.
The Reserve has
- Tennis club rooms and courts
- Netball club rooms and 2 netball courts
- A football/cricket oval
- Grand stand and pavilion
- Cricket nets
- Cattle yards, sheep pens, poultry shed and general storage shedding
The Yea Tennis Club operates all year round compromises of five well maintained courts, four of which are flood lit for night tennis, the relatively new club rooms are a purpose build space to hold smaller functions, meetings and club events.
The Football Netball Club and Cricket Club share the facilities for six months each, with full access to the facilities to promote their team sports during the seasons.
The Annual Yea Show is also held on the grounds on the fourth weekend of November and showcases all aspects of rural life to the broader community.

Please note: There is no camping at the reserve for the general public. All dogs must be on leads/leashes at all times.
