To obtain details of where Council’s designated Stormwater Discharge Point is in relation to a property, please complete the form below.
A site map needs to be submitted with this application form. It would be preferred that a title plan is also submitted.
Application fee of $155.35 is payable when Council issues you an invoice.
Additional statutory fees may apply if an Asset Protection permit is required.
After the payment has been received we will email the permit within seven working days from the payment date. This time frame may vary if we are waiting on further information.
