Payments Online

Payments to Murrindindi Shire Council can be made in the following ways.

Visa or Mastercard

Online payments will be offline from Wednesday 30 April at 5.00 pm until Monday 5 May at 9.00 am, while our customer request management system is getting an upgrade. Visit us in person or give us a call on (03) 5772 0333.

BPAY by Phone or Online

To pay via BPAY, use the following biller codes:

In person

Detach the payment slip on your notice and visit one of our Library and Customer Service Centre locations and make payment using cash, EFTPOS, debit card, credit card (surcharge applies), or cheque payable to:

Refund Requests

If you have overpaid your bill and your account is in credit, the amount will automatically be deducted from your next account. Alternatively, you can request the amount to be transferred to another account, for example an overpaid animal registration can be transferred to your rates bill. If you would prefer to request a refund, complete the form below.
