Have your say on the future of local health care in Murrindindi

Alexandra District Health and Eastern Health are exploring a voluntary amalgamation.

To ensure community perspectives are fully considered, Murrindindi Shire Council has developed a complementary survey focused on local priorities, expectations and concerns.

This is your opportunity to share what matters most to you about the future of health services in our Shire.

Your feedback will be provided to the ADH and Eastern Health Boards and will help inform broader discussions about local health care.

The survey is anonymous and takes just a few minutes to complete.

You can access the survey by

• visiting the website www.murrindindi.vic.gov.au/healthsurvey
• visiting either our Yea Library and Customer Service Centre, Alexandra Library, or Alexandra Customer Service Centre to pick up a paper copy
• scanning the QR code below
  
  

We will also be distributing paper copies of the survey to businesses in the Yea and Alexandra townships.
