Warren Davies, known as The Unbreakable Farmer, is a community-focused speaker and mental health advocate working alongside people and places impacted by crisis, disaster, and prolonged pressure. With lived experience across farming, rural communities, and recovery settings, Warren’s work centres on building capacity before crisis, providing practical support during crisis, and walking with communities after crisis, when the real work of recovery begins. A key message in Warren’s work is that resilience isn’t the first step. Capacity, safety, connection, and support come first. From that foundation, resilience can grow. Through his webinars and workshops, Warren shares practical disaster recovery tools and strategies, alongside accessible mental health and wellbeing toolboxes that help individuals, families, community leaders, and organisations better understand stress, navigate overwhelm, and support one another in real and meaningful ways. Warren’s approach is honest, practical, and deeply human, focused on strengthening people and communities, not pushing them to “be resilient” before they are ready.
