In preparation for the upcoming Volunteer Expo this workshop will take a deep dive into your organisations vision and purpose and help you hone your requirements to potential volunteers. It will help you to clearly promote your organisation to potential volunteers and look at your planning and future in terms of volunteer roles and promote volunteer retention with clear scope and responsibilities of volunteer roles.
Who Should Attend: Volunteer organisations who will be participating in the upcoming volunteer expo, attend this event to explore what they want to get out of the expo. Take home a one-page sheet to identify their requirements, and sell themselves to potential volunteers. If you can't make the expo but are still interested in looking at the best ways to promote your organisation to new volunteers, please come along this workshop is open to all volunteer organisations within Murrindindi Shire.
