Governance Rules (including Election Period Policy)

These are the Governance Rules of Murrindindi Shire Council, made in accordance with section 60 of the Local Government Act 2020. The Governance Rules include Council's Election Period Policy, which has been developed in order to ensure that the general elections for the Murrindindi Shire Council are conducted in a manner that is ethical,
fair and equitable, and are publicly perceived as such.
