Changes to Recovery Hub locations and days

Murrindindi Shire Council will be changing the Alexandra Recovery Hub location and removing Saturday from the Yea Recovery Hub schedule from early April.

In Alexandra, Recovery Hub support will move from the Alexandra Library to Council’s Customer Service Centre at 28 Perkins Street from Wednesday 8 April. Recovery support officers will continue to be available Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 10.00 am and 3.00 pm.

In Yea, Recovery Hub support will no longer be available on Saturday mornings. The final Saturday session will be held on 28 March, with recovery support continuing Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10.00 am to 3.00 pm.

These changes reflect current demand and will operate as a trial, with a review planned for May.

Recovery Hubs continue to provide information, referrals and recovery support for people impacted by the January bushfires.
