Fairview Road Creek Crossing Closed Due to Flooding

The creek crossing on Fairview Road, Kerrisdale, over King Parrot Creek is currently closed due to flooding and is impassable to traffic.

Victoria Police are on site, and Murrindindi Shire Council crews are arranging road closure signage to protect public safety.

Motorists are asked to make alternative travel arrangements and avoid the area until conditions improve.

Council reminds the community:

• Never drive through floodwaters.
• Obey all road closure signs and directions from emergency services.
• Drive to the conditions and allow extra time for travel.
