Strath Creek Progress Association, with support from Murrindindi Shire Council, will be hosting the next Murrindindi Events Forum, a dynamic gathering focused on building sustainable events across the region.

Following on from the success of the inaugural Forum held at Flowerdale Estate in August, the theme for this session will be Sustainable Events exploring practical strategies for environmental responsibility, event longevity and volunteer attraction and retention. Attendees will gain insights into reducing environmental impact, fostering community resilience and ensuring the long-term success of events in Murrindindi Shire.

About Strath Creek and the Progress Association

SCPA is made up of local residents, in volunteer roles often working in conjunction with Landcare, CFA and the General Store, meeting regularly at the Hall. SCPA focus on bringing the community together providing events, programs and social activities.

Who Should Attend: Event coordinators, community groups, and anyone passionate about creating impactful, sustainable events.
