Offering swimming lessons and squad training to children from 5 years of age up to adults.
All participants are given 2 lessons or training sessions per week, at the Alexandra pool, from late November to early March.
 
Our coaches are all volunteers from the community who are trained in swim coaching.
 
The club also offers swimmers involvement in district wide competitions.
