Lodge a Certificate of Compliance (Pool/Spa)
A certificate of compliance ensures your pool or spa barrier meets safety standards set by the Victorian Building Authority.
This certificate must be lodged with Council. Property owners must submit the Certificate of Pool and Spa Barrier Compliance (Form 23) by the date in their acknowledgment letter.
Owners must lodge a new certificate with the Council every four years.
A lodgement fee of $23.80 must be paid as part of the lodgement process.

If you have an existing Greenlight online portal login linked to your existing pool or spa registration, you can sign in to start your lodgement.
If you are lodging for the first time, once you have created your account, please contact Council's Building Department on 03 5772 0333 or email building@murrindindi.vic.gov.au to have your account linked to your registered pool or spa.
