Apply to register your pool or spa
It is mandatory to register you pool or spa with Council in Victoria. This requirement makes sure that all pools and spas meet safety standards and compliance.
You must register any pool or spa that can hold more than 30 cm of water. This includes:
- Permanent pools
- Above-ground pools
- Indoor pools
- Hot tubs
- Bathing or wading pools
- Relocatable pools, including inflatables.
Please note: After your pool or spa has been registered, a Certificate of Compliance or Certificate of Non-Compliance must be lodged by the due date provided to you by Council.
A application fee of $37.10 must be paid as part of the registration.
