Enterprise risk is the uncertainty associated with realising our goals and objectives, and risk management is the way we manage those risks using planning and controls. We apply risks management to our Strategic Planning, Financial Managment and Investments, and governance to guide us to identify, monitor and address risks to effective implementation of our vision, goals and strategies.
