African OZ Drum n Dance at Yea Shire Hall

Join African OZ Drum n Dance for a hands on workshop filled with music, rhythm, movement and fun.

Children will explore African drumming and dance through interactive activities, energetic beats and creative expression in a welcoming environment.

Sessions will be held on Wednesday 8 July at Yea Shire Hall, 27 High Street, Yea. Each session will run for 45 minutes to 1 hour:

• 11.00 am, Primary school session
• 12.30 pm, Secondary school session

Age groups are a guide only. Children and young people of all ages are welcome to attend either session and are encouraged to join in.

This engaging workshop supports confidence, creativity and self expression while introducing African drumming and dance in a fun, inclusive setting. Participants will build new skills, connect with others and enjoy an active cultural experience.

No experience or bookings required. Just bring your enthusiasm and get ready to drum, dance and move.
