We’re working hard to deliver bins to residents who requested them after the 15 May deadline. Due to high national demand and limited bin manufacturers, delays are being experienced across Australia. If you requested your bin before 15 May, it should arrive soon. If you requested after, it may take a few more weeks.

Council values providing the best customer service experience possible, which requires keeping all our staff up to date on training and procedures.
To allow our Customer Service team the opportunity to learn together, Council's Library and Customer Service Centres in Alexandra, Yea, Kinglake and the Mobile Library will be closed on Thursday 20 June for a Customer Service Training Day.
But we're still here for you! For matters such as stock on roads, dog attacks or unsafe road conditions, including fallen trees over roads, please call 5772 0333 at any time.
