Final rates reminder notices have now been issued to customers with overdue rates and are currently in the mail.
If you receive a notice, we encourage you to review it and take action as needed. We understand this may be a difficult time for some in our community. If you’re experiencing financial hardship or need support, please complete a Rates Payment Plan or Financial Hardship Application form, or contact us to discuss the options available. Our team is here to work with you confidentially and respectfully.
Following the January fires, some properties have had updated valuations, which may result in amended supplementary rates notices. If your property was impacted by the fires and you have not received a supplementary notice, please get in touch with us so we can assist.
