Traffic disruption - King Parrot Creek Road, Strath Creek

Works to repair flood damage along King Parrot Creek Road will take place from Monday 6 July to Friday 10 July 2026.

Council’s contractors will be undertaking culvert repairs following damage sustained in the October 2022 floods.

What to expect

  • Works will occur on King Parrot Creek Road between Strath Creek and Richards Bridge
  • The road will remain open, however traffic delays are expected
  • 40 km/h speed limits and partial road closures will be in place

Please allow extra travel time and take care when travelling through the area.

Works are subject to weather conditions.
