Learn the role of vegetation and how moths interact with it, including the use of the Moth Tracker.

Council is hosting in-person events and an online webinar, to talk about vegetation, moths and how to get involved in National Tree Day (26 July 2026).

There will be an online webinar, however we encourage you to attend your nearest in-person talk, as there will be light refreshments provided.

On Wednesday 15 July, from 6.00 to 7.15 pm, we will be hosting the talk and Q&A at three locations:

The online event will begin at 6.00 pm and feature a 40-minute talk from Zoos Victoria's Estelle Van Hoeydonck, followed by a Q&A session, information about National Tree Day events for 2026 and the option to collect a free pollinator friendly plant.

If you are unable to attend in person, you can register for the online webinar.

This event is part of our celebration of National Tree Day on 26 July 2026. Learn more on our National Tree Day 2026 page.
