This magnificent hall has been home to many a night of dancing, film screenings and community gatherings.  The hall offers easy access to patrons and visitors of all abilities and is used regularly by large groups for celebrations, shows and public meetings.

What's available

The Alexandra Shire Hall main entrance is from Grant Street. The cosy foyer, with a waiting room to the left and a kitchenette/ticket box to the right provide a welcoming entry to the hall. The kitchenette comes complete with refrigerator, boiling water and basic dishwashing equipment. Once inside the main hall section, the historical design, heavy drapes and polished timber flooring provide a wonderful backdrop for the many and varied events for which it is used. Parking is available in both Grant and Perkins Streets.

Amenities

  • All abilities access to toilets and baby change facilities are available in the laneway beside the hall.
